The Phonak Lumity is out to change all that - it uses brand-new technology that makes speech easier to understand in a number of environments.

The Audeo Lumity uses Phonak's latest AutoSense 5.0 operating system. This was developed with machine learning to identify sound environments, understand the surroundings, and automatically adjust settings for optimal effect. 

Phonak's directional microphone is StereoZoom 2.0. This feature focuses the hearing aid microphones forward when the user is in a noisy setting, such as a restaurant or bar, so they can hear what they are looking at. The result? A 16% improved voice understanding when compared to prior iterations of StereoZoom.

The included SpeechSensor technology monitors your surroundings for speech and amplifies it from the back and sides. It detects the primary voice source and adjusts the aid's microphone modes to help you understand more. Phonak is proud to announce that SpeechSensor improves side and back speech comprehension by 15%.
